We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and summer). However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Safety is our top priority. If bad weather is forecasted (such as heavy rain, high winds, or storms), we may cancel or reschedule your rental at no charge. We offer flexible weather-related cancellations and will work with you to find the best alternative date.

Yes! Our team handles the full setup and takedown of all equipment. For bounce houses, we also provide a quick safety orientation. You just show us where it goes—we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes, each bounce house requires a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. If electricity isn’t available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

Yes, a small deposit is required to reserve your items and hold your date. The balance is typically due on the day of your event. We accept all major payment methods and provide a confirmation receipt once your booking is finalized.
